Simon Property Group was investing millions of dollars into transforming and expanding Phipps Plaza, a luxury retail property. With a Nobu Hotel and Restaurant, Lifetime gym, and class-A office building in the construction plans for 2022 delivery, the time to woo additional retailers and excite investors with a sizzle video was right.
