If there is one accepted truth about social, it is that relatability and authenticity matters but earned media is queen to brand awareness. To say that I was shocked to find myself in the company of Shay Mitchell, Chrissy Teigen, Gabrielle Union, and Chriselle Lim in a Refinery29 instagram story is an understatement.
